From the Brisbane Airport - After leaving the Brisbane Airport along Kingsford-Smith Drive, you will come to a large round-about intersection, follow the signs to the Gold Coast and turn left onto the Gateway Arterial Road. A few kilometres down the road, you will come to a toll-bridge, (currently the toll is $2.20 per car). Once through the tollway, continue along the arterial road approximately 10 kilometres and take the Gold Coast exit, (leads onto the M1). Continue along the M1 until the very end - approximately 60 Kilometres – which will bring you out at Tugun. (Don't take any exits at all along the M1). Turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow along for approximately 5 kilometres, (past the Gold Coast Airport), staying in the far left hand lane. At the main intersection in front of the Gold Coast Airport, follow the signs to Kirra by turning left. At the small round-about intersection, turn right and follow the Esplanade around the coast and headland, at the third set of traffic lights, turn left into Marine Parade. The Outrigger Coolangatta is the white high-rise on the right. From the Gold Coast Airport – Upon exiting the Gold Coast Airport, turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway. At the main intersection in front of the Gold Coast Airport, follow the signs to Kirra by turning left. At the small round-about intersection, turn right and follow the Esplanade around the coast and headland, at the third set of traffic lights, turn left into Marine Parade. The Outrigger Coolangatta is the white high-rise on the right.
