Branch left on Adelaide Terrace. Hotel entry first driveway on left after first set of traffic lights. FROM TRAIN STATION: Exit onto Wellington Street and go east until Plain Street and Adelaide Terrace.

Classed as Hyatt Regency Perth's signature restaurant Gershwin's projects a casual, elegant ambience of a 1930's apartment. Gershwin's features three dining areas: the main restaurant itself; the Wine Room, which can be used as an extension of the restaurant or a private function room; and the Private Dining Suite which caters primarily for private functions. Chef de Cuisine Julie McLellan has elegantly styled and themed the menus to suite any occasion and only the freshest produce is used to create innovative, affordable West Coast cuisine. Located on the lower lobby level of the hotel Gershwin's is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only from 7 pm. The dress standard is classed as smart dress with preference of gentleman wearing a long sleeve shirt. Gershwin's is a non-smoking restaurant.

JOE'S ORIENTAL DINER

Joe's Oriental Diner located on the lower lobby of the Hyatt Regency Perth is specifically designed to created an ambience of casual Asian f amily dining. The warm timber hues from the wooden table tops and polished floor boards are complemented by antique Asian artefacts scattered through the restaurant. Joe's features the best of popular dishes from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Open for lunch Monday to Friday from 12 pm til 2.30 pm and for dinner Monday to Saturday from 6 pm til 10 pm. Reservations are essential and the dress is smart casual.
