In Tupi-Guarani, Maitei means: Greetings! The hotel, with its beautiful view of the sea, is located in Arraial DAjuda, in the South of Bahia. The architectural project was by Luciano Soares who sought to mix sophistication and beauty, always focusing on the visitors comfort.

- Rio da Barra, Trancoso, Praia do Espelho, Caraiva, Corumbau, native indian reserve. Recife de Fora natural pool, the second largest coral reef in Brazil. Diving and snorkeling: Abrolhos Whale watcing as well as whale calves during the months of July, August and September; Eco Arraial D'Ajuda Water Park; Sailing up and descent of the Buranhem River.

Directions

Porto Seguro is reached either via the international airport or the BR 101. If you come by car you should take the BR101, on reaching Km 772 T Eunapolis (state of Bahia) take the Porto Seguro road and, at Km 32 you will find the road that leads to Arraial D'Ajuda to your right. The Maitei Hotel is located on the Estrada do Mucuge no 475.

The delicious breakfast is served in the Maitei restaurant with the added bonus of a special view of the sea! The restaurant opens at 8 pm and has an excellent wine list. Tasty appetizers and a range of drinks are also served in both pools.

Two pools, one thermally heated, providing a 360o and beautiful sea view. Decks, steam sauna, fitness facilities, snooker room, two lounges. Two bars, restaurant and terrace, games area (chess, backgammon, cards).
