The Washington Inn Hotel was originally built in 1917 and has been a historic landmark at the heart of Oakland downtown. Recently, this charming hotel has been renovated with European inspired architecture and sensual decor. Directions from Oakland Airport and South Bay - 1. Take Hwy 880 North toward Downtown Oakland 2. Take the Broadway-Downtown Oakland exit 3. Turn right onto Broadway 4. Follow Broadway 4 blocks to 10th street 5. Turn left on 10th street 6. The hotel is on the left between Broadway and Washington Street Directions from San Francisco Airport and Downtown San Francisco- 1. Take Hwy 101 North which becomes Hwy 80 East toward Bay Bridge-Oakland 2. At the end of the Bay bridge, stay in the center lane and follow Hwy 580 East toward Hayward-Stockton 3. Exit on Hwy 980 to Downtown Oakland 4. Take the 11th/12th Street exit 5. At second light, turn left onto 11th street 6. Go 5 blocks on 11th Street to Broadway, then turn right 7. Go 1 block on Broadway to 10th, then turn right 8. The hotel is on the left between Broadway and Washington Street Directions from Sacramento and Berkeley- 1. Follow Hwy 80 West to Oakland 2. Connect to Hwy 580 East toward Hayward-Stockton 3. Take the Hwy 980 eixt to Downtown Oakland 4. Take the 11th/12th Streets exit 5. At second light left turn onto 11th Street 6. Go 5 blocks on 11th street to Broadway, then turn right 7. Go 1 block on Broadway to 10th street, then turn right 8. At the next light turn right onto 10th street 9. We offer conference rooms and banquet facilities which can accomodate up to 150 people. The conference rooms can also be divided to provide a more intimate setting for smaller gatherings. A full catering menu is available to fit your need, from two to three course meals to buffet style dinners. We offer very competitive pricing and the best in California cuisine in Oakland downtown. The Twist Restaurant and Bar offers delicious California cuisine. Our restaurant is located inside of the Washington Inn hotel and opens from Monday to Friday -Lunch 11.30am-2.30pm, Dinner 5pm-9pm-. We also have Room Service available during our restaurant hours. Our onsite conference rooms can accomodate up to 120 people. We provide onsite catering for conferences and meetings.
