The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, opened in 2006, is a luxury condo resort property ideally located minutes from Walt Disney World (2 miles), Universal Studios (8 miles) and the Sea World (4 miles) attractions. These 3 attractions are also accessible with FREE scheduled shuttles from the resort. Right next door is the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores - 30 acres of upscale tenants including Reebok, Oshkosh B'Gosh, Liz Claiborne, Old Navy and Borders to name just a few. For the golf enthusiast, there are over 30 golf courses within 12 minutes of the resort. There are also numerous activity centers, restaurants, museums, nightspots and much more nearby.

Orlando International Airport (South Exit) Take 417 South (Greeneway) to exit 6. At traffic light make a left (SR 535). The hotel is 1/4 mile on left, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores. FL Turnpike Exit 249 on to the Osceola Parkway heading West to SR 535. Make a right. The hotel is 1/4 mile on right, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores. 1-4 Heading East Take exit 68 (SR 535). Turn right at end of ramp. Go 2 miles and the hotel will be on left hand side, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores. 1-4 Heading West Take exit 68 (SR 535). Turn left at light. Go 2 miles and the hotel will be on left hand side, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.
