AmeriSuites Tampa Sabal Park is an all-suite resort style hotel located in the beautiful Sabal Corporate Park, a relaxing setting next to Sabal pond with ducks and a walking trail. Brandon Towncenter Mall and several top restaurants are just minutes away. This unique all suite hotel near I-75 and I-4. Many of our suites are 2 story Townhouses with a King bed, full bath, and a large TV upstairs. Downstairs there is a sleeper sofa, a half bath, and a second large TV. a separate area has a desk and a wet bar with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small TV.

From I-75 South take exit # 260. At end of ramp turn right. At first traffic light (Falkenburg) turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. Come down about a block and we are on your left.

SOUTH: S

From I-75 North exit # 260B. Go to first traffic light (Falkenburg) and turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm). Go down about a block and we are on your left.

EAST: E

Going West on I-4 exit I-75 South. Exit at next exit (260). At end of exit ramp turn Right and at first traffic light (Falkenburg) turn left. At very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. We are a block down on your left.

WEST: W

Heading west on I-4 exit at exit #5 (Martin Luther King). At end of ramp turn right and go about 3 miles to Falkenburg. Turn Right and then at very next corner (Princess Palm) turn right. We are a block down on the left.

Meeting Facilities

We have 3 meeting rooms totaling nearly 2000 square feet. These range from a 374 SF conference room (comfortable for up to 14) to a 900 SF room which can accomodate 42 classroom style. These have windows and cathedral ceilings. One has a fireplace.
