Take the A4 motorway, Erfurt West exit, towards Erfurt Zentrum. You will end up on Loberstrasse. At the end, turn left into Juri Gagarin Ring. Turn right at the lights into Neuwerkstrasse. Take 3rd left into Eichenstrasse, turn right at next intersectionand turn immediately left into Lange Brucke. Turn right into Marstallstrasse, go straight. Note, when reaching Erfurt, follow the green hotel route signs saying Altstadthotels. Once you are at Juri Gagarin Ring, keep following green hotel route signs.
