The hotel has 39 well appointed bedrooms, a well regarded restaurant which has been awarded 1 rosette and six meeting and conference rooms that can accommodate up to 140 delegates. The Victoria suite is regularly used for weddings and can seat up to 160 for a meal or accommodate up to 200 for a buffet. Cafe Cru Restaurant offers a menu with a wide range of dishes to appeal to all diners. Fine, fresh ingredients is always used. The wine list is also carefully chosen to suit all tastes. A selection of light meals is also available in the brasserie bar. English and continental breakfast is served in the Victoria Room which overlooks the sea. The full menu is available in the bar and also in the rooms. There is wireless internet access throughout the hotel. A night porter is always on duty and the Hotel has its own car park.

The Imperial is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and menus are available at all levels, from the modest buffet through to a full luncheon or dinner. Meals can be served either in the the Sandown or Victoria Suites to suit your conference requirements - or, of course, smaller numbers can dine in the quiet intimacy of the hotels Rambouillet Restaurant.
