Originally opened in 1929 for the Great Universal Exhibition in Barcelona, the building has recently been sympathetically restored and converted into a luxury hotel. Designed by highly respected architect Oscar Tusquet, the hotel offers a modern atmosphere amid a historic setting.The rooms at the Miramar are decorated in a contemporary style; all have balconies overlooking the city and the Mediterranean. Directions

Arriving in the city on the different highways, take the Ronda Litoral, leave the Ronda at exit 21, once you leave the Ronda Litoral you will be in a large roundabout, go around halfway and take the third street on your right C/ Josep Carner, once in Josep Carner, the are two options to arrive to the hotel. One of them is taking the second street on you right ( Passeig Montjuic) until you reach the the Hotel, the other option is take Josep Carner, go straight, then after the traffic light take Avenida Miramar, go up hill to the hotel.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Rooms have a surface of 35sqm, bathroom with two different spaces with bath and shower.Larger rooms than the classic ones, most of them with balconies from 4m2 to 80 m2. Some of them have jacuzzi, where the client is invited to relax in a shy and private atmosphere. All of them with Wi-Fi internet, plasma TV with more than 20 channels, mini Hi-Fi system and a king size bed with 4 pillows. Bathroom with bath and shower, professional hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers and free minibar.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite is a special room with a surface of over 40sqm. It has a private lounge of 14sqm with a meeting table for up to 8 people. It also has a dressing room and bathroom with different spaces with bath and shower. All rooms have a private terrace.

The Presidential Suite is the most special and wonderful room of the hotel. It has a private lounge, a dressing room and bathroom with different spaces with bath and shower. This Suite has a private terrace of 13sqm with an splendid Jacuzzi where you will enjoy spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea and Barcelona.

Miramar Suite

The Miramar Suite is a marvellous suite with a total surface of 72sqm . It has a separate lounge of 14sqm for meeting up to 8 people and with a private entrance.
