Live Oak Room is our largest banquet and meeting facility. Unique in its construction as it can be used as a complete unit at 38 0 x 60, or it can be divided into 3 seperate sections each 38 x 20. The room offers natural artificial lighting, drop down screens in each room, and a large screen to accommodate the entire unit. It has 100 feet of upholstered display wall panels, and dry erase boards with an easle tray below. The individual sections are soundproof when closed. The Republic Room with natural light, carpeted and 88 lineal feet of upholstered display wall panels with easel trays. AV and other presentation and meeting components available.

Three meal a day Canyon Room accommodates 56 comfortably in a traditional Texas setting. Menu selections vary seasonally but encompass both casual and elegant dining experiences. Additional casual dining options available seasonally at the lake side beach area. Catering for private functions available.

14 miles of nature trails, Ampitheatre, bird watching, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, volleyball, star gazing at the observatory, sightseeing with the Vanishing RiverCruise, fishing -no equipment provided-, Reptile program, Cowboy Poet, Fri/Sat Musical entertainment, Owl Prowl, Arrangements for Striper Bass Guided Fishing can be made through the front desk. Information regarding trips to the local Vineyard and to Longhorn caverns are also available at the front desk.
