Rt 13 out of Delaware across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. 
At tunnel exit, turn left -Rt 60 East onto Shore D. Go South 10mi. to Atlantic Avenue. Take Atlantic Ave to 6th St.
From South : I-85 N or I-95 N to Rt 58 E to Rt 264 E, ends and becomes 21st St. Continue to Atlantic Ave. Turn right onto Atlantic Ave & go to 6th St.
From West I-64 East to Rt 264E. Follow the signs to Virginia Beach. Rt 264 ends and becomes 21st St. Continue to Atlantic Ave. Turn right onto Atlantic Ave & go to 6th St.
Norfolk Airport: 64 East to 264 East to end. This becomes 21st St. Go to Atlantic Ave turn right. Proceed to 6th St. Hotel on left hand side.
Williamsburg/Newport News/Richmond Airports: I-64 East to 264 East to end. This becomes 21st St. Go to Atlantic Ave turn right. Proceed to 6th St. Hotel on left hand side.
