From the airport, go East on MacReady Dr toward Grogan Ave. Turn right onto Grogan Ave. Turn left onto N West Ave. Turn right onto V St. Merge onto CA-99 S/CA-140 E. Take the CA-140 E exit toward Mariposa/Yosemite. Turn left onto Yosemite Pkwy/CA-140/CA-99 BR. Continue to follow CA-140.

Fresno Yosemite International Airport

From the airport, go Northwest on Terminal ACC. Turn right onto N Gateway Blvd. Turn right onto E McKinley Ave. Merge onto CA-41 N. Turn LEFT onto CA-49. End at 5052 State Highway 140.
